Without admitting any liability, I am writing you in connection with the above-mentioned account.
Pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(l)(i) of the General Regulation, NB Reg 84-256, enacted under the Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act, RSNB 2011, c 126, you are to only communicate with me in writing at the address found at the top of this letter.
If your collection agency or any of its employees contact me by telephone following receipt of this written communication I will take appropriate action including, but not limited to, filing a formal written complaint with the New Brunswick regulator responsible for supervising the conduct of collection agencies, as well as seeking legal advice in connection with commencing a civil lawsuit.
