Without admitting any liability, I am writing you in connection with the above-mentioned account.

Pursuant to paragraph 20(1)(e)(iii) of the Nova Scotia Collection and Debt Management Services Act, RSNS 1989, c 77, this debt is in dispute and I request that the creditor take the matter to court.

If your collection agency or any of its employees contact me by telephone following receipt of this written communication I will take appropriate action including, but not limited to, filing a formal written complaint with the Nova Scotia regulator responsible for supervising the conduct of collection agencies, as well as seeking legal advice in connection with commencing a civil lawsuit.
